From botanical materials and hands-on making to moments of conversation, the experience was designed to engage the senses and bring people together.

    Guests experiences sustainability tangibly through a live atelier at the propagation or planting bar where they select botanical materials, learn about the plants and evidence-based wellness applications and take home their very own plant.

    We connect the activity to relevant WELL concepts such as:

    • Mind — creating moments of pause and restoration

    • Community — creating opportunities for social connection

    • Movement — getting people away from their desks and engaging their hands

    • Materials — connecting participants with natural materials

A Botanical Experience Designed for Connection

For this corporate gathering at Lord Elgin Hotel in Ottawa, We created an immersive botanical experience designed to encourage connection, creativity and a moment of pause within the workday rooted in the WELL Building Standards.

Guests were invited to step away from their usual routines and engage with nature through hands-on botanical activities. The experience combined plant & wellness education to create an exceptional experience.

Rather than simply bringing plants into the room, the goal was to make nature the experience itself.

From selecting botanical elements to guiding guests through the hands-on activity, every detail was designed to create an engaging experience that encouraged conversation, curiosity and connection.
